My deepest condolences to you and your family ... I personally knew Cec from work at the plant in Marystown but truly got to know him through the game of darts which he enjoyed immensely. In all the time I knew him I don’t think there was even a harsh word that came from him ... he enjoyed people and people enjoyed his presence ... take care and cherish his memory
