Obituary of Howard Parsons

It is with great sadness that the family of Howard Parsons of Lewin’s Cove, NL announce his passing on Monday November 18, 2024 at his residence, Lewin’s Cove at the age of 83 years. 

 

Forever remembered by his brothers Maxwell Parsons of Salmonier, NL, Lester (Theresa) Parsons of Lawn, NL; 12 nephews & nieces Yvette, Yolanda, Leslie, Krista, Darrell, Aubrey, Terry, Richard, Isaac, Dwayne, Barry, Eli and a circle of other family & friends. 

 

Predeceased by his parents Joseph & Clara, sister Marie Hoben, brother-in-law Harry Hoben, sister-in-law Linda Smith.

 

Howard was a true outdoorsman at heart. He had independent nature and spent most of the time in the woods   He loved being outside hunting fishing and at his cabin in Birchy Bottoms. He spend most all of his life in the woods. Working as a logger and at the sawmills which he loved.

 

In keeping with Howard’s wishes cremation will take place.

 

A graveside service for Howard will be announced at a later date.
