Obituary of Elizabeth Williams
It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Williams of Burin announce her peaceful passing on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from the Marystown Retirement Centre at the age of 90 years.
Elizabeth was predeceased by parents John and Mary Hodder, husband Ernest Williams, sister Alma Auchinleck, brothers Malcolm Hodder and Ray Hodder, brothers-in-law Ken Martin and Kevin Green.
Leaving to mourn with precious memories daughter Marie Small (Tony), Jean Hodder (Glen); son Brian (Kim). Elizabeth was a beloved grandmother of Debbie Sainsbury (John), Catherine Hunt (Paul), Michael Small (Lisa), Stephanie Hodder (Mark Snooks), Emme and Sarah Williams; great-grandchildren Chelsey Sainsbury, Jeremy and Adam Small, Maelle and Lincoln Snooks; brother Walt Hodder; sister Marion Pike; sisters-in-law Sheila Green and Georgina Martin, plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Family will be accepting visitors on Wednesday and Thursday from 2pm-4pm & 7-9pm
Funeral service will take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove on Friday at 2pm with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Hodder's Point .
Donations in her memory may be made to the Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
