Obituary of Clifford Hillier
It is broken hearts the family of Clifford Hillier of Point aux Gaul announces his passing on Friday, May 17th, 2019 at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre at the age of 69 years.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sister Joan (Bruce Snook) of Fortune, NL; brothers George Hillier of Grand Bank,NL, Clarence Hillier of Point aux Gaul, NL, Hubert Hillier of Point aux Gaul, NL, Norman Hillier (Elsie) of Ontario, Leslie Hillier (Caremelita) of Point May, NL, Freeman Hillier (Christine) of Point aux Gaul, NL, a large circle of nephews and nieces, special niece Tracey Smith of Creston South who stood by him with loving care and special homecare worker Glenda Boland who was so loving and caring whom he loved dearly plus a large circle of other family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Cyril and Annie Hillier; brothers John, Jacob; sisters-in-law Harriett Hillier, Dora Hillier and Blanche Hillier.
In keeping with Clifford’s wishes cremation has taken place.
The Hillier family will be receiving visitors on Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 10AM to 9PM at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Lamaline.
Funeral services will take place on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at 11AM from St. Mary’s Anglican church, Lamaline with inurnment following at St. Mary’s Anglican Cemetery, Lamaline.
Donations in Clifford’s memory may be made to St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Lamaline.
