To the Hollett family. Please accept my sincere condolence on the passing of your loved one. I got to know Boyd while we were both residents of Alderwood in Witless Bay. Common ground for us was music and of course the guitar. While Boyd was a man of few words, his fingers spoke volumes while playing. It was his joy to play along with each and every musical group that came to Alderwood to entertain the residents, and they looked forward to his participation. Boyd will be sadly missed by the residence and staff of Alderwood and all who were privileged to know him.
