Reg & June thinking of you and your family at this sad time. It doesn't matter how far along in years our parents when they pass it is an end to another chapter in our lives. You were so very kind to our father and he spoke fondly of you both. Just remember we are thinking of you at this time.

I am deeply sadden to hear of Catherine's passing. I taught school with her in 1968-69 at St. Matthew's Anglican School in St. Lawrence. We were a staff of four (Vernon King, Bernice Farrell) and so much like a family with Catherine being the matriarch. She was such a great teacher and a strong disciplinarian in the classroom. We so loved hearing her stories and making us laugh. She made our school year such a happy one that it was a very sad day for the four of to part ways in June. Every time we would meet after that year, we would reminisce over the best teaching year of my career. Her knowledge and understanding of life was passed on to us and every now and then when a particular situation would occur, I would remember her advice and all would be well. To her family, I offer my deepest condolences and I will pray that God will give you the strength and encouragement to overcome the deep sadness you feel at this time. Take care and God bless all of you.
